Could it be that non-US men have a longer history, but when it comes to women there is less difference if the culture/history due to it being newer to both US and non-US? OK, the results have been embarrassing from a Chelsea perspective, but that doesn't change what he's achieved and the trophies that he's won at every club he's been at. I think they'll get another world class manager in to replace him, but they won't be competing for major trophies any time soon. Mourinho for the vacant Swansea job! (It'll be Marcelo Bielsa).
