It's not possible to purchase all cars at one time due to garage space, but all cars are purchasable most cars can be purchased or stolen (excluding some 'limited edition' vehicles which usually aren't very limited). F620 looks great, but it'll take a very skilled racer to get a win in that car Grab a Zion to replace it.
