That said, I guess it works as intended (except the train), pretty sure you've gotta leave traffic on in the creator or the job settings in the lobby to get a train. Traffic was on, I checked and I saw cars moving below the bridge, must have just been unlucky with the timing. Molotovs could work although It would be better if you could go completely unarmed again. I have no idea why they changed that.
