lIIlCompleXlIIl 563 Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 (edited) Ok everyone, the long awaited release for Treyarchs newest installment of the Call of Duty series is upon us. Release is less then 3 weeks away, and we have decided to bring this expansion, into our crew! JustHatched will do his thing on the website, while I work on the social aspect of this expansion. If you are planning on joining up with the crew for some CoD action, let us know! How else are you gonna get the clan invite? To start off, there won't be a ranked team. I will be observing the "squad" as we play, and then offer some positions for a "Ranked Squad." Your Kill Death ratio will not determine if you will be considered, instead, it will be your willingness to work as a team. There are nine (9) confirmed game modes at this point. -Team Deathmatch: Most Kills win. -Domination: Three (3) objectives to "capture" that you will receive points for. Hold a minimum of two (2) out of three (3) the longest to win. -Hardpoint: One (1) area on map that both teams fight for. If it is just your team in the hardpoint, you rack up one (1) point per second. (Each hardpoint lasts 60 seconds) -Kill Confirmed: Same as Team Deathmatch, except you have to collect a "drop" from the enemy once you have killed them, to earn the proper points. (You can also snag your teams "drop" to stop enemy from picking up them points.) -Search and Destroy: Probably the most "Team Based" game mode in CoD. See Below.*** -Capture the flag: Two (2) five (5) minute rounds. Objective is to capture the oposing teams flag, and bring it to your base to score a point. You can only score if your flag is at your base. Most points after both rounds win. -Uplink: Two (2) five (5) minute rounds. Objective is to retrieve a neutral satellite drone, and take it to the enemies up-link station to earn a point. First to twenty (20) points wins, or most points at end of both rounds. -Safeguard: Teams alternate in escorting a non-combative robot into enemy territory. Deliver the robot to win. (I know this is only 8, but the last game mode hasn't really been speculated on, we just know its going to be Ground War, which has been around for a few of the series. Changes to this game mode have not been confirmed) ***Search and Destroy is very team based. One (1) team is trying to plant a bomb at one of two bomb sites, while the other team tries to stop them. THIS IS LAST TEAM STANDING STYLE AS WELL. Your team wins the round, with either a successful plant of the bomb and explosion, or if you kill ALL the enemy players. Only one (1) team member will have the bomb, and if that team member dies, you MUST go retrieve in hopes of securing the plant. If the planted bomb is disabled, the disabling team wins that round. This game mode is also usually a best of seven. First team to win 4 rounds wins. I am not sure if this is going to be the same for BO3, but will update here if it is different. For now, I will be hosting game sessions five (5) days a week. I would like others to step up, as they have with other game titles, to host their favorite game mode, on a day of their choosing. Just let me know, and we can sort out all the good stuff. Schedule will be as follows, and added to calendar when JustHatched gets to that point. Please be patient, he has a lot to do with getting the site ready for this. Search and Destroy Sundays Mondays - none Team Deathmatch Tuesdays (with some kill confirmed mixed in) Domination Wednesdays Thursdays - none Capture the Flag Fridays Safeguard Saturdays This leaves "Uplink" and "Hard-Point" left open for anyone to start up if they wish. Also, a Zombies day would be cool to see I will be hosting these most all day. (Being disabled CAN have some upsides) I will also be starting at different times, to try and accommodate for all the different time zones you guys are in. Kind of like a impromtu job hop thru different game modes or we csn choose to stay in 1 mode. I probably wont Be getting the game untill 2 weeks after release as it is right around my birthday anf i never have any ideas so this was an idea i gave out this year and actually most years with the cod releases. I like your breakdown and everything sounds good. Anxious to get the game and play with crew members. People just camping by an objective or around a corner and just worry about k/d ratio. With BO2, I didn't have a nice clan to participate with, and did the yolo solo run n gun style. I like the sound of the 'ranked team' too, so hopefully I can make that I wont be on the game as soon as its released unfortunately, but should be on around early December. If I do I'll have to get preorder because nuketown used to be an addiction years ago. I think it will be fun playing with this crew because the quality of this crew is so great. I also have learned that "burst fire" weapons aren't really burst fire. While yes, they still do burst, but holding down the fire weapon button will "auto" burst fire. Days I could do it would be Saturday and Wednesdays and possibly other days depending on the time of events.
