Post-heist update issue with the Dukes, Marshal, and Carbon RS

I noticed after the heist update, any race I had locked with the Dukes, Marshal, or Carbon RS somehow made these vehicles unavailable to choose during vehicle selection.

Editing these races in the creator, the box next to them was unchecked. Even after rechecking the box, the vehicles cannot be made the default vehicle. You can select them after they are versioned and play them outside the creator.

This issue might also impact races locked with the Hotknife, Khamelion, and the Blista Compact pre-heist update.

This exists with the Dodo seaplane. I had a race locked to it, the course sucked and I wanted to change it, couldn't....

So I deleted the race cuz I was going to alter it a bunch anyhow.

It has to impact any collector's edition and exclusive upgrade content.

Noticed this today when I tried to lock my new race to the Dukes... It was automatically changed to the Buccaneer.
