Dodge 7,248 Posted September 14, 2017 Share Posted September 14, 2017 So I dealing with The MOC, and upgrading cars and weapons. Can you upgrade cars and weapons in the bunker or only on the MOC? Crawford1872 2,580 Posted September 14, 2017 Share Posted September 14, 2017 The MOC is the only place to upgrade the mark 2 weapons and the only place to upgrade the gunrunning vehicles.
