Pretty sure the Guardian is in the off-road class. I can't remember the name of either race, but I'm sure @LimeGreenLegend has a race locked to it that goes around the painted rocks in the desert. @Skorpion also has an "Escape The Police" style of race from Fort Zancudo to Sandy Shores using the Guardian.
