JustHatched 12,103 Posted September 25, 2016 Share Posted September 25, 2016 So @Dodge, @Xyon14, @ssracingn2 and myself managed to get a Starfleet and a Klingon fleet started. Starfleet is Domestic Battery and Klingon is House of Battery. A few things Dodge and I figured out, #1 is we won't have starbase access for awhile, we have to build up each fleets holdings which will require resources and time to do (we don't know yet exactly how to do it, but are working on it) and will post when we know what task each should do. And there is Fleet Banks much like your personal in game bank, here you can donate unwaanted inventory items and credits for anyone in the fleet to use as needed (provided they have permission to do so), a donation of credits would be helpful in getting more inventory space (1.2 million needed for a new page tab), so please don't withdraw credits if you have access to do so, items are fine (at least for the Klingon side, up to Dodge for Starfleet side) First holding I will be working to figure out is the dilitium mines, we have to be Tier 3 to have our own mine but the steps to get there are confusing in STO Wiki 2 Quote The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it. Please do not withdraw credits. There is also a new uniform option for Fleet on Starfleet, called XDBX. Tell me if you like it, or it can be changed. Dodge 7,248 Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 I've made it a habit for me to sell off uneeded items that are accrued during gameplay. Once sold, they free up your inventory and also make credits. I then deposit 95-100% of those credits into the fleet bank to help reach our goals for Fleet Holdings. I've never gotten into anything Startrek before, but I've seen and heard a few things about this game that have had me unsure about getting it. From all the things mentioned above that really make everyone work as a team to really build the fleet, I'm convinced to give it a try. I did hit level 50 and there is some PvE stuff we can do that is cool once everyone hits level 50 and it opens up shit loads of other content. Don't expect a T5 or T6 ship at level 50 either, you'll spend real money for those. Dodge 7,248 Posted April 5, 2017 Share Posted April 5, 2017 Our Fédération XDBX 1st Fleet is in the middle of a merger with K.Z.E. Star Guardians. Our Fleet is being absorbed into the Star Guardians. The benefits to both Fleets will be huge. We have some great contributors to Fleet Resources. And the Star Guardians have a more complete Operation for us to build on. However, the XDBX 1st Fleet does still exist. @ssracingn2 and I both still have characters in this fleet. House of Battery is our primary focus these days. That Fleet is climbing the ranks at an exponential rate. we are well over half way complete on Fleet Holdings. And we have quite a lot of game time on this. @Hatch has done an outstanding job keeping this Fleet going, and on target with Holdings. Pleas! Anyone that is interested in playing this game, and becoming a member of our Fleets, let us know. The first part of the game is a lot of Single Player missions. Building your character. JustHatched 12,103 Posted August 21, 2017 Author Share Posted August 21, 2017 If anyone is ever thinking of jumping into STO then going with a Klingon toon from the start would be a good choice, the Klingon fleet is up to 300 members (probably a 1/3rd active), and our fleet holdings are probably 3/4 of the way complete which is giving us some of these best ship components in the game. @Dodge, @ssracingn2 and I have the PvP aspect pretty well nailed as a team with only a few who can hang with with us. Fleet wise House of Battery should be in the top dozen or so in size and holding completion.
