I see some hold grudges for 20+ years, often over pathetic stuff, it's unhealthy and no good ever comes of it. My sister and I were actually talking about this the other day - she holds a grudge for many things in our lives, but I do not even though we experienced the same stuff. Holding a long grudge can really make someone bitter. Of course, I have my enemies (reality and keyboard varieties), but for my own sake I never hold any grudge.
