no_snacks 3,345 Posted May 28, 2016 Share Posted May 28, 2016 Milk and cream, almost daily. We go through 4 to 6 litres of milk and 1 to 1.5 litres of cream everyday. We have to go to the Post Office every afternoon for work, so it's no big hassle to go to the Supermarket next door. She wont stop harassing us until she gets it, even though she hardly ever drinks it all. The milk and cream is used almost solely for our coffee. We use a milk frother and add extra cream - part of an LCHF way of eating.
