Slated for release this December, our fantastic new “Chaos Run” DLC will include all sorts of badass goodies inspired by the end of all civilized things, including… 2 New Battle-Cars, Ripper and Grog 12 New Decals (six for each new Battle-Car) 2 New Paint Types (Camo and Sun-Damaged) 2 New Wheels (Ripper and Grog) 2 New Rocket Trails (Sandstorm, Nuts and Bolts) 3 New Toppers (Boombox, Cow Skull, Mohawk) 3 New Antennas (Bomb Pole, Radioactive, Retro Ball – Wasteland) 5 New Trophies As always, our paid DLC will also ship with a free new arena called Wasteland! Based on a field of the same name from the original Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, Wasteland is the first “non-regulation” pitch to come to Rocket League. And we’ll have some additional announcements about the game coming up over the next few weeks. Chaos Run will retail for $3.99 (or its regional equivalent) and ship sometime in early December. See you then! Kinda sad they didn't mention anything about the ice arena option that is suppose to come this December. truelife98 1,143 Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 Loaded it up last night and did the update which took few minutes it is like 3.5 gigs Anyway didn't buy the cars yet I'm sure I will. I tried out the new stadium and at this point I'm in the middle. G37 3,444 Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 Little disappointed with the arena to be honest. It was hyped and touted around too much. Sure, it's nice that it's there but it's the only one of its' kind and it's not terribly unique. So the side walls bevel up some around mid-field and it's a little larger .. I guess that's a step in the right direction for variety? We ended up doing a private match against bots just to play it since it didn't show up in mutator, standard or ranked matches after playing each for a few games. Haha it was pretty funny though, G and LN got killed about 4 or 5 times each from the bots haha. They were set to all star and we were losing 4-0 but managed to come back and win in the end.
