Now when purchasing a physical copy of a PS4 Game of course the game will work on any PS4 console because their both region free, but when purchasing a DLC Season Pass, Map Pack, Codes or Expansion they are Region Locked. The problem poignantly rest upon the country that the PSN Account was set to during the creation of that PSN Account and the region of the physical copy of a PS4 Game. These two must match in order for you to be able to install those DLC'S downloaded or you will be greeted with the waiting to install message when you check your 'notifications> downloads.' A some what normal occurrence for those of us whose countries that are not listed when registering to PSN an are forced to choose the nearest alternative.
