It's a free map that will be released in a few weeks. Looks nice. For more info, check out their Twitter. If the paid DLC is around $5-$10, I'll purchase it. It really just depends what all is included in it. If there are a lot of new cars, mods, arenas, etc, I'll buy it right away. As I only join in with games, I won't be spending anything so if I'm in a party with a host who has bought DLC then would the party visit the arena's that the host has paid for? In the case of Battlefield 3, if you moved to a map that you hadn't purchased then you were kicked from the server while your friends who had purchased it stayed together. The free map keeps everyone together which is cool. Too many developers cause separation through the same thing Squirrel mentioned, the same thing used to happen to me in Battlefield 3. It doesn't include a lot of new stuff, so I can't imagine the price will be ridiculous. Squirrel, you will be fine playing with us still. If they charged $60 for the game and another $20 for the DLC, I wouldn't bother. But if the DLC is only $5, I'd purchase it in a heart beat since the game cost me $0 up front. This game really needs diversity though so while I can appreciate it's a "you can do well in anything" type setting, seeing some upcoming changes is good IMO. Especially in the various Arenas. Having different skins is cool and all but if they don't play differently it can get real boring real fast. Look forward to it.
