That requirement doesnt make much sense. I can see the purpose, so that one person doesn't dominate with the cannon, I figure if I fire off a couple missles all is good. I won the first round 6-5. Dude was hard to get behind to kill and I did kill him once with missles, 2 kamikaze and 3 with cannon.
