Malcolm Young no longer in AC/DC

AC/DC is one of the best bands ever, Malcolm is one the best guitar players ever and has left AC/DC after 40+ years due to having dementia.

I've smoked alot of weed back in the day and drank alot of booze while jamming to AC/DC.

Hope he gets well, but with his illness probably won't happen.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Sad to hear that. My Dad has dementia and it is not good. I've loved AC/DC since I was a kid, it's all goo but the Bon Scott era is my favorite.

Rock on Malcolm.

Yeah, my mum has altzheimers, she doesn't even know who I am anymore.  It's a heartbreaking disease for the families of those suffering from it and for those suffering it themselves, I can't begin to tell you.

My thoughts go out to you Beez and anyone else out there who has this in their family.

My will is made out to research for this cruel disease.

That sucks, he is an incredible guitarist!...

... Dementia is a horrible and incurable disease -- my grandfather had it back in the old country before anyone knew what it was and what to do about it!...

Better than to go out like the Rolling Stones, making a farce of themselves.

AC/DC is certainly one of the most under-appreciated rockbands ever, which says a lot because they certainly are not obscure.

To me what makes AC/DC legit, is the fact that they never recorded a single love song. Think about that. There is probably ZERO rockbands of any stature with a record deal who can say that, and these guys were one of the biggest.

I read a cool interview with them where they talked about they thought it was amazing how they could record the same 3 or 4 albums over and over again and people still loved them, so they decided there was no reason to let them down or fuck them over by "experimenting" on their dime. I like people who stick to their guns.

Malcolm Young has passed away. Sad day for rock n roll. ACDC has always been in my top 2 of favorite bands. I don't forsee anything new coming from them any more with this death and Brian unable to do live shows wit his hearing issues.
