Just turn up to the beach in East Los Santos under the highway Bridge with your Winky. We will determine who has the best Winky before we start a playlist to determine the Winky King! We will be using custom Winky's but dont worry if you dont have one as I do and am willing to share. 😄 This may also involve races which are not regular circuit races. Post below to get involved!
