Some you win, some you lose. You are talking about 20%/year increase. There is no sure way to do it, I would recon... Do your research, weigh up the risk vs reward and know when to walk away from a potentially costly deal. A mate of mine buys a lot of cars, some to flip immediately and some to keep garaged for a few years.
