BryannosaurusRex 1,173
So, after redecorating my living/dining room I'm in the process of filling it with furniture. As its a 1970s built house I've been looking at mid 20th century items - 1960s & 1970s stuff. It suits the size and shape of the room well. British made items from that period are very Scandinavian influenced, but much of it wasn't too well constructed and most has been binned over the years. The better quality stuff that remains therefore demands a high price, particularly as it's becoming quite fashionable again. So, my question is for the Scandi folk among us - What sort of prices does 1960/70's Scandi/Swedish/Danish furniture sell for in its native countries? Things like dining tables, storage and shelving units? I'm wondering if there's scope for buying and importing. Hopefully @Lann @Banketelli @Ello & maybe @Protocawl will have an idea
Beez 5,091
I have a nice, well built mid-century coffee table in my basement that I'd love to get rid of. Too bad I'm an ocean away.

Lann 10,842
I would search this site if you are able to www.blocket.se but i think internet has regulated all kind of prices around the globe. Maybe currency exchange rate could give you an advatage. Edited October 28, 2017 by Lann
