I will buy a 10 car garage on the opposite side of where I live and the 20 cars will be more than enough for me. But it's probably best to live anonymously. I once lived in the posh apartments but moved because grievers would wait outside and kill the inhabitants. I take that to mean new more expensive apartments ($1m at most imo). Add that to the new expanded garages and I'm confident I can get all I need for around $8m. That way if you couldn't afford ammo for some reason, you could just go home to stock up & refill your stockpile when you can afford it. They also should open up a new class of car & build some proper race tracks for them to race on... how good would it be to own an F1 car and race it. Or a proper nascar on a banked oval lol.
