Friday 26th April 2019 - 8PM UK / 7PM UTC

This will be a tester even for an idea I have and have had for a very long time for an ongoing championship.

We shall be using the rather lovely Benefactor Schafter V12 and using a variety of tracks either replicating or inspired by old school DTM type tracks.

The aim is to have a test run and see how well the cars perform in a tight grid with several drivers.

The lobby will be up at around 7:50 to get people in and we'll launch the playlist around 8:15 once everyone is in.

Initially, we shall meet up at the Benefactor dealership in Vinewood.

And here is some classic DTM for you in the meantime.

Signup using the list provided. Signups will be limited to here initially before I share them elsewhere. Note I will be using my secondary account for this (doubleg213VANS) so you will need to add me as a friend on that account if you don't already have me.

It would be nice if we could try and get everyone on a different colour scheme as well as I intend to try and spend the evening mostly getting some video clips.

I have a friend in Norway who has a PS4.

I'll see if she'll let you borrow it for the night.

Quick reminder, I will be running this one on the doubleg213VANS account so you need to have that one added if you don't already (everyone signed up does anyway).

The signups will remain exclusive to here for now until Saturday when I will share the event details on GTAF on as well.

If you are not signed up, you will not be invited on the day as I tweak the plans accordingly depending on numbers signed up.

Just a quick note to say that irrespective of numbers this will run, with Race Club being relatively new to being back online I intend to run the events no matter what (as long as it's not just me on my own) so if you're concerned it won't happen then be concerned no more as we will most definitely be running on Friday.

That may indeed prove useful Chubb, I just assumed you'd be going in Xero blue anyway.

Good to see a few different winners, the Schafter is one of those cars where it's very easy to overstep and make a mistake and lose a load of speed as a result.

I think with shorter races we'd have maybe spread the wins out even more.

Was good fun G 👍

Shorter Races and rotating grids will always help push more winners.

I would ha e grabbed a win myself if I wasn’t a corner cutting bar steward...

Looking forward to the next one.

The original plan would have been shorter races with the other DTM original tracks I have been working on.

But illness made that less easy than I would have expected so the playlist was a bit different to my original plans.
