Had less than 20 matches under my belt with no idea how endgame worked (moving circle...) so was mostly just panicking my way through trying to figure out how to sprint properly. Didn't come close to winning anything else after that so quit the game soon after.😅

You could change your settings to tactical sprint to get a short burst of speed initially, & use crouch crouch jump to regen it faster.
