The Los Santos government handed the company a $500mil bail out. They used it all to build the Celltowa Circuit in hopes of raising the money needed to remain in business by hosting charity races. OVERVIEW High speeds and wide roads with plenty of straights for contact and slipstream, and just enough corners to keep it interesting.
