Torrid 653
I'm going to keep an eye on RSVPs for tomorrow's playlist, I really want to be able to try this.
SeymorScagneti 1,274
Made something similar with 30 players, forced carbine. http://www.domesticbatterygta.com/topic/5572-ruckus-on-rockford-plaza/
Dodge 7,265
Ok so, this actually seemed to work fine with less than 16. A little more trial and error would be nice. Needs to be put in a few more PLs to make sure it will work. Edited March 3, 2015 by Dodge

Dodge 7,265
I thought you used it, was it the week brfore? Or a different PL?
Torrid 653
I thought you used it, was it the week brfore? Or a different PL? I might have then. I planned on it but then slapped together the playlist I used on short notice and thought I excluded it. Now I'm really confused.
Dodge 7,265
Move to PS4. Added some props and updated for 30 players. I need to test this yet with a large lobby.
no_snacks 3,345
Move to PS4. Added some props and updated for 30 players. I need to test this yet with a large lobby. We ran this in Jesse's Pl, Dodge. I'm not the best DM player, so my comments & advice could be way off the mark. (just like my shots) Pretty sure I played this on PS3 a while ago, & again on PS4 today. Both times I started on the lower level, & our team was at a huge disadvantage. The upper team has clear shots at us & plenty of cover behind the parapets. They could see us, but we couldn't see them from down below unless they popped their heads up. They would take a few shots, move along the parapet a few metres, then pop up again to take a few more shots. Our only way up (there may be another but I couldn't find it) is via a single staircase. We just got mowed down continuously at the top of the stairs. It became quite frustrating. Occasionally a random enemy would also spawn behind us, making us sitting ducks from both directions. Not really much you can do about that, but it just added to the frustration. With the multiple levels, the area is pretty cool for a DM, so it's definitely worth making some changes. It just needs to be more balanced somehow. Maybe some barriers/cover at the top of the stairs so the lower team has a better chance of getting to the top level. The way it is at the moment, the upper team will slaughter the lower team nearly every time.
DavidCore89 7,404
This is quite unbalanced. One team has a significant advantage by starting on the higher ground, using the steps or ladders is certain death because there is no cover at the top. It's hard to say what it needs, but the team below needs some kinda way of overturning the team positions, right now that's pretty much impossible. The weaponry may be a little heavy... Auto shotties (a lot of them), heavy snipers, carbines, combat MG's and grenades means kills are made easier than they already were... I think I'd switch the heavy sniper for a regular one, lose the combat MG and shotties, then keep the grenades and carbines. Pb76 3,952
Even I managed a kill streak as part of the team on the higher ground.
Dodge 7,265
Even I managed a kill streak as part of the team on the higher ground. Well, we'll have to fix that
Dodge 7,265
Added cover to the top of each stairway. Added cover to all the flat portions of the stairways. Added a second access point for one level that only had 1 stairway up. Removed all weapons and changed to Carbines and Grenades.
