I asked people to see what they could get for $23k... but could you get a bargain for that? I had to put bkmoto as the full amount since he didn't get a respray and therefore forfeits the extra points from frugality. Frugality? Yep! You got an extra point for every $10 under the assigned value you went, which is added to your total, giving the results of... Congratulations Trash, by spending so little you leapfrog everyone! And yes, this is -very- much inspired by the first ever Top Gear cheap car challenge where Clarkson's £1 Volvo won the competition.
