In return LAPS will purchase all paint from them as well as posting the final picture of the painted car in their vehicle section. (tldr: from now I will use other peoples colors, and might not even leave a reference) Now despite to the massive love for Snow, I much like Katniss, will let the crowd decide its fate and update the weekly color to something a bit more colorful.
