It's one of the early 2.0 8v versions before the 16v XE version came along. It was used by Pentti Airikkala in 1986. The airborne image is an earlier car Pentti drove, but close to what this one should look like once it's all done. But I have this stored at my place for a friend of a friend at the moment. It's quite a rare/unusual beast and a Gran Turismo classic. Nissan Stagea Autech 260RS with a manual gearbox. Schumi6581 833 Posted July 17, 2022 Share Posted July 17, 2022 Went to the Historic GP in Zandvoort yesterday with my dad. I's been a few years since I was there for the last time and a lot of changes have made since. The facilities are now suitable for F1 as the second F1 race is to be held in september. The biggest changes to the track itself are the Luyendijk corner and the Hugenholtz corner. Those are very banked corners now. Both about 18 degrees. The Luyendijk corner (names after two time Indy 500 winner Arie Luyendijk) is the corner which leads to the straight so that one is full throttle. The historic GP consists of a variety of different classes racing. F1, F3, Sportscars, GT's, etc. Combined with some demo runs.
