A rather smooth way to do it is by using the assistant in the ceo office. This works great if your garages are full, and you have some structure in your ceo garages that you can use, preferably one open slot. If you want to move car 1 from A to B: Get assistent at reception to deliver car 1, drive it in the ceo garage with the open spot, go back to your assistsant and call a car from garage B, drive that car in the same ceo garage and choose to switch spot with car 1.
